Thank you for shipping with Quinn's Collection. The following is our shipping policy where you can find answers to questions you have about shipping time and rates.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Order processing time
All orders are processed within 3 business days. Any products ordered during a "pre-sale" period are not shipped until after the specified "pre-sale" has ended. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
We do not offer flat rate domestic shipping within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at the time of checkout.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Quinn's Collection is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Quinn's Collection is not liable for any product damages or loss during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please call the United States Postal Service to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
Quinn's Collection does not currently offer international shipping at this time.
Return Policy
Quinn's Collection does not currently have a return or refund policy in place at this time. All sales are considered final sale items. Examples of final sale items are items that can't be returned, such as perishable, custom, or personal care items (i.e. cologne, fragrance, or perfume).
